<p>News &#8211; there will be a hill workout on Thursday (<a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=412668" target="_blank">7 mile tempo</a>).  There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  Full marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=409319" target="_blank">20</a>, half marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=464569" target="_blank">10</a>.  There will be Gatorade out there every few miles on both courses.  Breakfast at Dario&#8217;s (1800 E 6th St) at 9:01:01 am (first shift) and 10:30:01 am (second shift).</p>

<p>News &#8211; there will be a long run Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  Marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=409319" target="_blank">20 miles</a>, half marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=464569" target="_blank">10</a>.  There will be Gatorade out every 3.5 miles or so on both routes.  There will be additional coolers with water that say &#8220;26.2&#8243; that you are welcome to use as well.  There will be a group getting a slightly early start at 6:00:00 am.  Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) whenever you get there!</p>

<p>News &#8211; there will be a hill workout on Thursday (<a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=349933" target="_blank">5 mile tempo</a>).  There will be a long run Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  Marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=409319" target="_blank">20 miles</a>, half marathoners are scheduled for <a href="http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=464569" target="_blank">10</a>.  Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) whenever you get there!</p>
