Thursdays
On Thursdays we meet at (RunTex Lake Austin) at 5:45 p.m. From there we head over to O. Henry Middle School for drills and a hill workout. The workout typically consists of repeats of 400, 800, 1000, 1200, and/or 1600 meters as well as relays of varying distances. We have also been doing hilly tempo runs of 3 to 10 miles (with smaller groups doing more or less). The workouts usually last until 7:00 p.m.
