Tuesdays
On Tuesdays we meet at (RunTex Lake Austin) at 5:45 p.m. From there we head over to O. Henry Middle School for drills and a track workout (aka speed work). The workout typically consists of repeats of 400, 800, 1000, 1200, and/or 1600 meters as well as relays of varying distances. The workouts usually last until 7:00 p.m.
