December 2, 2009

It was cold.

We ran 8 Yasso 800s.

There will NOT be a hill workout on Thanksgiving Thursday!

There will be a long run on Saturday.  Austin Marathon Group is scheduled for 20 following this route:  http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=260736  DWRMTG will do likewise.  If you’d like to do less you can go out half the distance you’d like to run, turn around, and head back.

Breakfast at Dario’s whenever you get there.

Way to coach, Al!!
