“Running through the funk” usually describes running in close proximity to someone who doesn’t give their tech fabrics the appropriate level of care in the laundry department…tonight it took on a whole new meaning!  It was a gigantic, soupy mess out there!  Of course, that didn’t stop the group from swelling to 40+.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – partner 400s, half lap relays
Fast Group = 6×400 plus 6 half laps each (3 complete laps)
Fun Group = 4×400 plus 6 half laps each (3 complete laps)
Severe Taper Mode Group = 4×400 plus NOTHING!!

M2MTG will be departing the rock at 4ish tomorrow for 3 easy miles on the trail…followed by lots of stretching AND a smoothie from Daily Juice.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday.  There will be a long run on Saturday (way to lead, Carter).  The Austin Marathon Group has the IBM Uptown Classic on the schedule (assuming Distance Challenge)…otherwise it’s 4, 7, or 10 on the trail.  Breakfast TBA.
