Weekly Runs

There are three scheduled workouts per week.  In general, we run rain or shine.  As with any physical activity, it is up to each participant to decide what they’re comfortable with in terms of exertion (duration/intensity, etc…) and weather (heat/rain/cold, etc…).  The workouts are completely voluntary…you can do as much or as little as your fitness level allows.

Please read, print, and sign this waiver and bring it with you to your first workout.

We do track work on Tuesdays.

We do hill work on Thursdays.

We do long runs on Saturdays.

Water and Gatorade are available at all of the scheduled workouts.  You should be hydrated when you show up and maintain your hydration during the workouts.
