On Tuesdays we meet near O. Henry Middle School at 10th/Wayside. We loosen up individually with an easy mile before launching into a “track” workout. The workout typically consists of repeats of 400, 800, 1000, 1200, and/or 1600 meters. We than cool down with an easy mile. The workouts usually last until 7:00 p.m.
