On Tuesdays we meet near O. Henry Middle School at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm. We loosen up with drills and then launch into a “track” workout. The workout typically consists of repeats of 400, 800, 1000, 1200, and/or 1600 meters. The workouts usually last until 7:00 p.m.
