On Saturdays we meet at The Zero on the Town Lake Trail, we begin the run at 7:00:00 a.m. SHARP.  If you’re a few minutes late…we’ll be a few minutes down the trail!  The runs range in distance from 4 to 20 miles at paces ranging from 6 to 11 minutes per mile.  We alternate weeks of running on the trail (mostly flat) to exploring the neighborhoods around the trail (mostly hills).  We meet for breakfast after the Saturday run at a host of local restaurants.
