On Thursdays we meet near O. Henry Middle School at 10th/Wayside. We loosen up with an easy mile or so then launch into a hill workout. The hill workout typically consists of hilly repeats of 400, 800, 1000, 1200, and/or 1600 meters. We have also been doing hilly tempo runs of 3 to 10 miles (with smaller groups doing more or less). We then cool down with an easy mile. The workouts usually last until 7:00 p.m.
