O. Henry football took over the field tonight pushing us over to Bridle Path for the second time this season.  The weather was somewhat pleasant which made the “extra” distance a little easier to take.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – 400s, 800s, mile
Fast Group = 2×400, 2×800, 1xmile
Fun Group = 2×400, 1×800, 1xmile
Recovering from M2M Group = 2×400, 2×800
Recovering from M2M AND running Frankenthon Saturday = drills only

News – SAMTG will be departing the rock at 4ish tomorrow for a recovery Scenic loop.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday.  There will be a long run on Saturday (for those not doing Frankenthon) departing the zero at 7 am sharp.  Hills this week following this route http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=331633.  There are water fountains/faucets at the rock, gas stations along Exposition, dry cleaners at 35th, and the gas station at 2222.  Breakfast TBA.
