There hasn’t been a better evening to run (or not to run) all year!  The cool front blew in Thursday morning, brought a little cleansing rain, and by 5:45 pm it was clear, cool, and clean!

The Workout – 400, 400, 200, 200 (Rhombus?)
JimiTex Group = 4
Fast Group = 3
Fun Group = 2
Frankenthon Group/Tapering/Recovering = 0-1

News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7 AM sharp.  Austin Marathon group is scheduled for 16 miles using this route http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=331633.  Non marathon fast group can run this 11 miler http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=318728.  Non marathon fun group can follow the non marathon fast group as far as Expo/Windsor and u-turn for 7.5ish.  Everyone else should either be running or volunteering for Frankenthon!  Way to lead, Paul!!  Breakfast TBA.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR – Thursday, 10/29/2009, will be a special hill workout at Captain & Michelle’s house.  The workout will be followed by dinner and general chillaxin in or near their newly remodeled kitchen!!  The workout will start 30 minutes later than usual at 6:15 pm.
