The workout – start @ (11th & Possum Trot) and go up to (11th & Meriden) and return – distance = 1/4 mile
1 set = 3/4 mile = 1st time run straight up & down, 2nd time run until 1/2 way up the hill & then bound the rest of the way to the top, 3rd time run until 1/2 way up the hill & then run backwards the rest of the way to the top
Newcomers = 1 set
Injured Reserves/Tapering/Recovering = 2 sets
Fun Group = 3 sets
Fast Group = 4 sets
JimiTex Discount Group = 5 sets
Many comments about this being the toughest, but best and most favorite hill workout yet!!!
Saturday Long Run – on the trail for 4 miles, 7 miles or 10 miles – Big & Jeri are running 20ish if you’d like to join them
