The Workout – 400s and a mile
Fast Group = 6 x 400 plus a timed mile @ PR pace
Fun Group = 4 x 400 plus a timed mile @ PR pace
Severe Taper Mode Group = 4 x 400 plus timing others while they run a timed mile @ PR pace
News – AMTG will NOT be running Scenic tomorrow departing the rock at 4ish…just 3 on the trail departing the rock at 4ish. There will be a hill workout on Thursday. There will be a long run on Saturday. Breakfast TBA. There will be a marathon on Sunday.
