Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Fartleks. Cool down by running twice around the track (backwards on the straights, jog the curves).
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do long hill/short hill (fun group = 4, fast group = 6, fools group = 8). Cool down with three backwards hills on Possum Trot.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Kinda on but mostly off the trail this week for 12.46 miles, 8.62 miles, or 4.11 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) 9:44:44 am.
