Way to diversify the happy hours, Julie! Lazarus was a hit…so much so that we’re going there for breakfast Saturday!!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a timed mile, an Indian file mile, and a 2 x 3 person relay. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 4 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.05 miles or 5.06 miles. Breakfast at the aforementioned Lazarus Brewing at 8:59:59 am (or whenever you happen to arrive).
