Week of 7/2/2023

SAVE THE DATE!! Thursday, July 13, 2023, the hill workout will be at Chez Jerie. Ladera repeats followed by burgers/veggie burgers/hotdogs, cold beer, and a refreshing dip in the pool. Additional details to follow!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (fast group = 8 x 400 w/a partner, fun group = 6 x 400 w/a partner). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 5 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for out/back Saturday of 10.58 miles, 7.81 miles, or 4.11 miles. Breakfast at the aforementioned Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 8:59:59 am.
