Coach Al needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Hook a brother up!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do (marathoners) 3 miles of Fartleks or (half marathoners) 2 miles of Fartleks. Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (half marathoners) or 5 miles (marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Kinda on and kinda off the trail this week for (marathoners) 10.53 miles, (half marathoners) 7.11 miles, or 5 miles. Everyone will start with this 7.11 miler, then the marathoners will add on this 3.42 miler, and the 5 milers will simply u-turn at the cooler at Barton Hills/Wilke and return to the zero. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:10:11 am.
