Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero (see below)!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Kenyan style Fartlek. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do hilly 800s from/to Joe’s stump (marathoners = 6, half marathoners = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners) 14.06 miles, (half marathoners) 11.01 miles, or (shorter route) 5.87 miles. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) upon your arrival.
