Coach Al needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you can help!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 1000m repeats (half marathoners = 5, marathoners = 6). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 7:00 am (yes, 7:00 am!)…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 5 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners/half marathoners) 10.01 miles, (shorter route) 6.08 miles, or (shortest route) 3.74 miles. Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 8:59:59 am.
