Coach Al needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you can help!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run mile repeats (half marathoners = 3, marathoners = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a hilly 3 mile tempo. Be sure to check out the lights at Mozart’s along the way! Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Kinda on but mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners) 20.18 miles, (half marathoners) 10.02 miles, (shorter route) 8.03 miles, or (shortest route) 4.27 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 10:33:00 am.
