Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 400m repeats (marathoners/half marathoners/fun group = 8 w/a partner…+ 4 more solo for the marathoner/half marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 3 x hilly mile repeats. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail for (marathoners) 20.18 miles, (half marathoners) 10.02 miles, (shorter route) 8.03 miles, or (shortest route) 4.27 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 10:20:30 am (or the precise moment of your arrival).
