Week of 3/17/2024

Happy Hour…this Tuesday after the track workout! Lazarus Brewing (4803 Airport) in the casita at 7 pm (assuming you skip the workout). Let Julie know if you plan to attend.

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 2 x (800, 600, 400, 200). Click here to see how to do those distances on the O. Henry track. Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do race #2 of the 5k Spring Sprint Series. Turn by turns as follows: start at 10th/Expo, North on Expo, Left on Enfield, Right on Scenic, Left on Rockmoor, Right on Meredith, Right on Pecos, Left on Enfield, Right on Expo, Finish at Expo/10th. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly on the trail for 15.06 miles, 10.04 miles, 6.42 miles, or 3.52 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:10:11 am.
