Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero. See below.
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do (fast group) 4 x 800/400 or (fun group) 3 x 800/400. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do hilly 1000m repeats (fast group = 5, fun group = 4, newcomers/semi-injured group = 3). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Roughly half on half off the trail this week for 12.01 miles, 7.00 miles, or 5.26 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:25:25 am.
