Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero. See below.

Dr. C was kinda rained out on Thursday so she will be set up after the TUESDAY workout (you know between the workout and happy hour) to work on those acclimation injuries. See last week’s report for more info on her special arrangement with the Ship!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a ladder (400, 800, 1600, 800, 400). Cool down with an easy mile. Click here for a reminder on how to cover different distances on the O. Henry track.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (start at 10th/Expo, north on Expo, L on Enfield, R on Hopi, R on Bowman, L on Hillview to Tarryhollow, u-turn and return the way you came)or 5 miles (start at 10th/Expo, north on Expo, L on Enfield, R on Hopi, R on Bowman, L on Hillview, L on Expo, L on Warren, R on Hillview to 35th, u-turn and return the way you came). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Roughly half on half off the trail this week for 10.27 miles, 6.01 miles, or 3.72 miles. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 8:59:59 am.
