Our monthly Happy Hour is this Tuesday at Lazarus (4803 Airport) immediately following the track workout! Let Jeff D know if you plan on being there.
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (everyone starts with 6 x 400m w/a partner then the fun group adds 2 solo, the fast group adds 4 solo, and the fools group adds 6 solo). Cool down with an easy mile.

Then do a hilly tempo run of 3 miles (start at 10th/Expo, N on Expo, L on Enfield, R on Scenic (becomes Cherry), L on Rockmoor, R on Meredith, R on Hopi, L on Enfield, R on Expo, and finish at 10th/Expo) or 5 miles (start at 10th/Expo, N on Expo, L on Enfield, R on Scenic (becomes Cherry), L on Rockmoor, L on Stevenson, R on Scenic, R on Pecos, L on Enfield, R on Expo, and finish at 10th/Expo). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. About half on and half off the trail this week for 10.01 miles, 6.08 miles, or 3.74 miles. Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:15:21 am.
