Dr. C from FRWD Sports Therapy will be at Tuesday’s workout to cure what ails you. She’ll set up immediately after the workout in the popsicle parking lot.

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a ladder (fast group = 1600, 1200, 800, 400 and fun group = 1600, 800, 400). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do long hill/short hill repeats from 11th/Possum Trot (fun group = 4, fast group = 6, fools group = 8). Cool down with 3 backwards up Possum Trot.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Almost entirely off the trail this week for 10.05 miles or 5.06 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:10:11 am.
