Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do mile repeats with a twist (marathoners = 3 w/ each one 5 seconds faster than the previous, half marathoners = 2 w/ the second being 5 seconds faster than the first).
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do big finish 800s (marathoners/half marathoners = 6, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 13.13 miles, 8.00 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:30:30 am.
