Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (marathoners = 6 w/a partner plus 6 solo, half marathoners = 6 w/a partner plus 2 solo). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Kinda on but mostly off the trail this week for 10.54 miles (marathoners/half marathoners), 7.68 miles (shorter route), or 5.31 miles (shortest route). Breakfast at Don Dario’s (8801 S I-35 Frontage) at 9:19:19 am.
