Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero due to the Livestrong Challenge.
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (6 x 400m w/a partners then *marathoners* add 4 x 400m solo). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 5k (turn by turns are in the notes field of the linked route). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Everybody start with this 9.05 miler then *marathoners* add this 5.12 miler on the trail. Want to go shorter than 9.05 miles? U-turn at the coolers at Barton Hills/Wilke and it drops to 7 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:50:50.9. October birthdays will be celebrated (Sandy)!
