Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero due to FREE breakfast at Sandy’s Mansion…see below!!

Despite the change of venue…Coach Al still needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you are available to assist!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Yasso 800s (marathoners/half marathoners = 6, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (half marathoners) or 5 miles (marathoners). Turn by turn directions are in the notes field of each linked route. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from Sandy’s Mansion at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Marathoners/half marathoners tear up this 10.00 miler, if 10 miles seems like too much how about this 5.14 miler? FREE breakfast (tacos, egg casseroles, pastries, coffee, etc…) at the mansion immediately after your run!
