Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Yasso 800s (marathoners x 7, half marathoners x 6). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of (half marathoners) 3 miles or (marathoners) 5 miles. The turn-by-turn instructions are in the notes of each linked map. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners) 15.02 miles, or (half marathoners) 9.15 miles, or (shorter route) 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at the precise moment of your arrival.
