Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (marathoners = 6 w/a partner and 6 solo, half marathoners = 6 w/a partner and 4 solo, fun group = 6 w/a partner and 2 solo). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Exposition at 7:00:00 am for a Ship Turkey Trot of 3 miles or 5 miles then go spend time with your (non-running) family!
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners) 18.48 miles, or (half marathoners) 13.39 miles, or (shorter route) 8.00 miles or (shortest route) 4.20 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 10:10:10 am.
