Saturday’s long run will NOT depart from the zero…see below!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do the following ladder: 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200. Check out the O. Henry track info so you’ll know how to complete each rep before Luke even tells you! Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Spring Sprint Series 5k #4. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. A little on but mostly off the trail this week for 10.70 miles or 6.51 miles. Breakfast at Don Dario’s Cantina (8801 S I-35 Frontage) at 9:10:11 am.
