Thursday’s workout will NOT be at O. Henry (see below)!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Fartleks for 26 continuous minutes by striding the straights and jogging the curves. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet at Ready to Run (3616 Far West) for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Spring Sprint Series 5k #5. Cool down with an easy mile. Stick around afterwards for pizza/beer/soda and some series awards, go Vance!
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.00 miles, 7.03 miles, or 4.61 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) 8:59:59 am. April birthdays will be celebrates (aka CAKE)!
