Week of 4/20/2025

Mega thanks to Jeff D for stretching that happy hour muscle by throwing Tumble 22 into the mix! Is it May yet??

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 4 x 400 w/a partner followed by a timed 400 followed by a 3 x 3-person relay (each person completes 6 half laps or 3 total laps). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 800m hill repeats from Joe’s Stump (fast group = 6, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 11.51 miles, 8.00 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) 9:10:11 am.
