Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do an inverted ladder (800, 600, 400, 200, 200, 400, 600, 800). O. Henry track distances for reference. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a hilly 4 mile tempo run. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.55 miles (start with the 7.11 mile route then add the linked route), 7.11 miles, or 5.00 miles (head back after the cooler at Barton Hills/Wilke). Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) 9:10:11 am.
