Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do the following ladder: 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 (2.625 miles total). O. Henry track distances for reference. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 5 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 11.41 miles, 6.95 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Don Dario’s (8801S I-35 Frontage Rd) when you arrive.
