Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a timed mile, a recovery indian file mile, and a 2 x 3-person relay (where each person runs 4 half laps). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 5 miles (fast group). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. About half on and half off the trail this week for 10.28 miles (2 x Wilke), 9.18 miles (same as the 10.28 mile route with no Wilkes), 7.11 miles (out/back on the lollipop w/ no Wilkes), or 5 miles (start on the 7.11 mile route but u-turn at the cooler at Barton Hills/Wilke). Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:10:11 am.
