Thursday’s hill workout will NOT commence at O. Henry at 6:00 pm. It will instead commence at Chez Jerie at 6:15 pm. If you’re on the email list you received an invite and request to RSVP by Tuesday at noon. Let Jerie know if you did not receive the invite.

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Kenyan style fartleks (26 minutes of continuous running alternating slow/fast segments). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet at Chez Jerie for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:15 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a quality workout up Ladera followed by a refreshing dip in the pool, burgers and beer.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 11.26 miles, 9.18 miles, 6.13 miles or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:25:25 am.
