Tim (yes, Tim) needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run to help support the Ship St. George Marathon Training. Let him know if you can help! If you don’t let him know his feelings will be hurt and you’ll definitely hear about it.
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do partner 400s (marathoners = 6 x 400 w/a partner then 6 more solo, half marathoners = 6 x 400 w/a partner then 4 more solo, fun group = 6 x 400 w/a partners then 2 more solo). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 5 miles (marathoners/half marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. A little on but mostly off the trail this week for 13.15 miles or 8.02 miles or 6.28 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:20:43 am or whenever you get there.
