While the last two Tuesdays there have been O. Henry football games going on during our scheduled track workouts…according to schedule there are no more this season!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 3 x 1 mile repeats on the actual track. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 4 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. About half on and half off the trail this week for 10.01 miles, 6.12 miles, or 4.61 miles. Breakfast at Don Dario’s (8801 S IH 35) 9:10:11 am.
