Week of 10/5/2025

Congrats to everyone who did the St. George Marathon or Half Marathon on Saturday! Good times and good times!! Way to coach, Al!!!

Save the tentative date for the October Happy Hour/St. George Victory Lap for Tuesday, October 14th (tentative, I said tentative).

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do mile repeats:
Marathoners = Timed Mile, Indian File Mile, 2 x 1 Mile
Half Marathoners = Timed Mile, Indian File Mile, 1 mile
Fun Group = Timed Mile, Indian File Mile
Then cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 5 miles (marathoners/half marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this weekend (yeah, you heard me) for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Lazarus Brewing (4803 Airport Blvd) at 9:10:11 am or, alternatively, whenever you arrive.
