Tim needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you can help!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Kenyan style fartleks for 26 continuous minutes (faster on the straights, slower on the curves). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do hilly 800m repeats from Joe’s Stump (1st, 3rd and 5th = start at the stump and run up Meriden, left on 12th, left on Possum Trot, left on 11th, stop at 11th Meriden and 2nd, 4th, and 6th = start at 11th/Meriden and run down 11th, right on Possum Trot, right on 12th, right on Meriden, stop at the stump…marathoners/half marathoners = all 6, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. About a third on and two thirds off the trail this week for 14.34 miles, 11.16 miles, or 6.22 miles. Breakfast at Lazarus (4803 Airport) when you get there.
