Week of 11/23/2025

The November happy hour is rescheduled to this Tuesday immediately following the track workout. Hold Out Brewing. Let Jeff D. know if you plan to attend.

Tim needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you can help!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 400m repeats (marathoners = 6 w/a partner + 6 solo, half marathoners = 6 w/a partner + 4 solo, fun group = 6 w/a partner + 2 solo). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Exposition for a Ship Turkey Trot beginning at 7:00 am (yes, 7:00 am, there will be NO evening workout on Thursday)…we’ll have water available. Then do a Ship Turkey Trot of 3 miles or 5 miles . Cool down with an easy mile. Go home. Eat turkey.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for (marathoners) 18.48 miles, (half marathoners) 13.39 miles, (shorter route) 8.00 miles, or (shortest route) 4.20 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 10:10:10 am or, alternatively, the precise moment of your arrival.
