Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Yasso 800s (marathoners = 8, half marathoners = 6, fun group = 4). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 5 miles (half marathoners) or 10 miles (marathoners…linked route x 2). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this weekend for 10.07 miles, 7.00 miles, or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 8:59:59 am. There will be an ATX Runners board meeting at 9:30:00, feel free to listen in.
