Alas, this is the final weekly workout report for 2025. There WILL be a workout on New Year’s Day (Thursday)…way to coach, Al!!
Tim needs pace group leaders for Saturday’s long run. Let him know if you can help!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do mile repeats (marathoners = 4, half marathoners = 3). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 5 miles (marathoners) or 3 miles (half marathoners). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On and off the trail this week for (marathoners/half marathoners) 10.70 miles or (shorter route) 6.51 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W. Koenig) at 9:10:11 am.
