Post marathon Happy Hour Tuesday, February 24th, immediately following the track workout. Pinthouse Pizza on Burnet Rd…let Chris know if you plan on being there!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Fartleks (26 minutes of continuous running, fast on the straights, jog the curves). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 4 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 10.04 miles, 6.42 miles, or 3.5 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:10:11 am (or whenever you arrive).
