Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a timed mile, an Indian file mile, and 2 x 3-person relay (where each runner will run 4 legs of 1/2 lap each for a total of 2 laps). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do hilly 1200m repeats (x 4). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On and off the trail this week for 10.70 miles, (shorter route) 6.51 miles, or (shortest route) 4.33 miles. Breakfast at Lazarus (4803 Airport) at 9:31:31 am.
