Week of 3/22/2026

Mega thanks to Chris for the Bouldin Acres happy hour on Thursday! Way to mix it up, Chris!!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 6 x 400 w/a partner, a timed 800, and a 2 x 3-person relay (where each runners does 4 half laps for a total of 2 laps). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Spring Sprint Series #3. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero (676 W Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.43 miles, 8.03 miles (half on/half off the trail), or 4.26 miles (mostly on the trail). Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:10:11 am.
