Thursday’s hill workout will NOT be departing from O. Henry due to the Spring Sprint Series Grand Finale starting at Ready to Run…see below!!

Saturday’s long run will NOT be departing from the zero due to FREE breakfast at Sandy’s Mansion…see below!!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 6 x 400 w/a partner, a timed 400, and a 2 x 3-person relay (where each runner completes 4 half laps). Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet at Ready to Run (3616 Far West, Suite 120) for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:15 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Spring Sprint Series #5. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from Sandy’s Mansion at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Nowhere near the trail this week for 10.13 miles, 7.57 miles, or 3.90 miles? FREE breakfast (tacos, egg casseroles, pastries, coffee, etc…) at the mansion at 9:10:11 am or immediately after your run!
